Nature of Service

We provide advisory academic credential evaluations and expert opinion letters. These documents represent professional opinions and are not legal advice or a guarantee of a specific immigration outcome.

Document Authenticity

You represent that all documents uploaded (transcripts, diplomas, CVs, etc.) are authentic and unaltered. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects fraudulent documentation.

Intellectual Property

All evaluation reports and expert letters remain the intellectual property of Evaluation USA, Inc. They are for your personal or legal use only and may not be resold or modified.

USCIS Acceptance Guarantee & Refund Policy

We are proud to offer a USCIS Acceptance Guarantee for our evaluation and expert opinion services.

The Guarantee

We guarantee that our reports will be accepted as valid evidentiary documents by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

• Trigger for Refund: A refund is applicable only if USCIS issues a formal Request for Evidence (RFE) or Denial specifically stating that our evaluation is not qualified or does not meet regulatory standards.
• Right to Rebut: Before a refund is issued, we reserve the right to review the USCIS notice and provide a revised evaluation or a formal rebuttal letter at no additional cost.
• What Is Not Covered: This guarantee does not cover visa denials based on other factors (e.g., maintenance of status, employer financials, or “Specialty Occupation” determinations unrelated to the credentials).

Refund Policy & Processing

• Transaction Fees: In accordance with our payment processor’s policies, all refunds are issued minus the original third-party credit card processing fees (e.g., Stripe).
• Insufficient Documentation: If you provide documentation that is insufficient for us to complete a valid evaluation, we will notify you. If the case cannot proceed, a refund (minus transaction fees) will be issued.
• Submission Deadline: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the relevant USCIS notice.
